1.Feed storage
This system delivers feed from the silo to the hopper in the poultry house. There is one feed sensor at the end of main feed line which control the motor on and off automatically to release automatic delivery.
Consists :silo( or big feed hopper), drive system, sensor, main feeding line pipe, auger

We can provide feed conveying system based on farm site condition.(275g galvanized sheet with capacity from 2.8tons to 33tons)
2.Broiler pan feeding system
The whole line design aim to get the best FCR for customer chicken growing. Rearing period,3rd level; About 2weeks,2nd level; About 3-4weeks,1st level to make sure less feed scratched or spilled outside the pan.

Consists :include the Drive Motor, Broiler Chicken Feeder, Feed Pipe, Flexible Feed deliver Auger, Suspension system and other necessary parts
3.Nipple drinking system
This system can provide fresh and clean water for poultry which is crucial for the growth of poultry. The drinkers can be triggered from 360 degree which helps young birds start well and makes drinking easier.
Consists :water line front parts, doser, drinking system main inflow pipe, pressure regulator connecting hose, middle pressure regulator parts, nipples drinking line, lifter winch, winch handle, drinking line hanging parts.

Nipple shell top about 6mm higher than water pipe bottom to avoid sediment into nipple

Nipple can be touched by any sides,up-down,left-right

No leakage within 24hours  under quiescent state

Longer connector one end without glue,easy disassemble for maintenance

Broiler nipple water flow:120ml/min

Water flow: Under the same pressure, our regulator water flow is 30% higher than Lubing's.

Adjust the bottom knob to get ideal water pressure.

Water valves beside regulator are for water flush.

4.Environmental control system

The system controls poultry house inner environment, provides fresh air, proper humidity for your chickens, ensuring your broilers provide maximum production.
